1. The game and license
Color Crane is a single-player puzzle game with no online account, cloud save, chat, leaderboard, or public user-generated content at launch. The local player name and installation UUID are device-local identifiers, not proof of identity. Renaming is free.
Subject to these Terms and applicable store rules, WIZLARK GAMES LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Color Crane for private entertainment. The game and its artwork, audio, code, characters, and branding remain owned by the publisher or its licensors.
2. Virtual items and purchases
The Android 1.0.0 release offers optional consumable Spark Packs. No Ads is not offered for sale in this ad-free release.
Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed outside the game. Google Play handles payment authorization and applies the store's pricing, tax, refund, and territory rules. The app displays the store-returned localized price and grants value only after the store reports a completed payment eligible for delivery.
Spark is stored locally and cannot be restored after app deletion, reinstallation, local-data deletion, device replacement, or data loss. These limitations do not remove any refund or other rights available under applicable law or store rules. Previously confirmed non-consumable entitlements remain subject to ownership verification by the original store.
3. Advertising
The Android 1.0.0 release has no interstitial or rewarded ads. Earlier internal test builds may contain advertising test features. Any future advertising release will be accompanied by updated disclosures and any required privacy controls.
4. Local data and availability
Progress, settings, local identity, and consumable balances are stored on your device. Internet access is needed for store purchases and purchase verification, while the core puzzle game remains playable offline.
The publisher may update, correct, rebalance, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer law and store rules.
5. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the game, advertising, payment, or store systems; exploit defects to obtain unauthorized value; reverse engineer the game except where law expressly permits it; or use the game unlawfully.
6. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color Crane is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
